System Improvements Loan Closing Information

Board Members of Creek County Rural Water District 2 held a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 8th, at 10am to consider final approval of a loan in the amount of $13,140,000.00 (net principal payback of $12,140,000.00 after $1M principal forgiveness). The loan a closed on June 9, 2023 with a fixed interest rate of 3.35%.  The proceeds will be used for system improvements including a water tower, pump station, new water lines and flow meters.
